emagine is currently looking for a Change Manager with experience within training.
You will facilitate change management training as part of an ERP transition to S4. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in training, particularly in the Prosci framework, and will be responsible for educating 800-1200 employees. Experience in leadership and the ability to effectively communicate and inspire are essential for success in this role.
Main Responsibilities:
Train the organization in Prosci change management principles, using real-life examples.
Conduct training sessions in person at various German locations including Augsburg and Oberhausen.
Facilitate virtual training sessions accommodating different time zones.
Collaborate with the S4 training manager and Change Management Office (CMO).
Assist with change-related tasks or assignments as needed.
Key Requirements:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching.
Minimum 3 years of experience working with Change Management (full-time) within the Prosci framework.
Certified as Prosci Change Management practitioner.
Certified Prosci Train the Trainer (TTT) 1+2 (preferred, but not mandatory).
Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.

Start: July 25th 2025
Duration: 1,5-2 years + possibility of extension
Location: Augsburg, Germany, with on-site and hybrid working conditions.
