emagine is seeking an Agile Coach for a client in pharma industry

 

The agile coach will be lead in implementation and play a critical role in ensuring the success of the implementing LPM 2.0 project and achieving our objectives for enhanced governance and transparency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Coaching: Coach relevant stakeholders to understand and adopt Lean Agile Portfolio Management as an alignment and governance approach

Collaboration: Foster collaboration with LACE, Portfolio Managers, Product Managers, Business Owners, RTEs, and teams to drive changes in portfolio management setup

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships to ensure buy-in and support for portfolio management changes

Risk Mitigation: Identify and proactively address roadblocks and risks to LPM implementation

 

Must-have competence

 * +3 years experience in advanced coaching on leadership and ART level and coaching in complex organisations/ structures

 * Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or LPM 

 * Experience (Advanced) knowledge on Agile principles, methodology and events

 * Strong and proven facilitation skills combined with knowledge on team dynamic

 * Experience from coaching and mentoring all organisational levels including business owners and top executives

 * Experience in driving the continuous improvement and scaling of the agile methods, tools and processes based on learnings captured throughout the organisation
