emagine is looking for a Project Manager with IPMA certification for a financial client in Copenhagen.
Detailed description:
Translate business needs to tangible project objectives for projects with medium to large complexity. The projects are primarily withing the infrastructure area.
Plan and follow up on project deliverables. We are working within an agile framework, so planning will have to adapt to changes in priorities.
Demonstrate control of the key issues i.e. risk and compliance, and manage proper mitigating activities to ensure a smooth project execution.
Manage the many stakeholders with different objectives and successfully deliver according to agreed scope and priorities in a transparent manner.

• Facilitate a shared understanding of business needs and makes necessary decisions within limits of the mandate to deliver a tailored, simple and valuable solution
• Actively study, train, and practice skills and seek out senior people for guidance and knowledge of good practice to constantly ensure personal & professional development and inspire a good learning environment for team members and peers
• Clarify expectations for the project team, delegate with trust and continuously provide direct, frequent and honest feedback to ensure a high performing team which delivers a united project effort with high team spirit
