emagine is seeking a skilled professional for the role of IT Project and Implementation Specialist for our pharmaceutical client in Greater Copenhagen. As an IT Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and execution of schedules and Gantt charts for the implementation of approximately 19 global IT systems, including dependencies to OT & Automation technologies, FAT/SAT, and other verification activities. Additionally, you will be involved in coordinating construction phases for buildings and other site-specific deadlines.

Description:

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the IT track team and our partner Accenture to develop standardized concepts for IT systems rollout, training, hypercare, and support. Monitoring and reporting on the progress of IT systems implementation will be a key responsibility. You will also be responsible for creating presentations for effective communication with stakeholders, including sites, delivery teams, and internal AP Expansions programme.

Responsibilities:

- Develop schedules and Gantt charts for the implementation of global IT systems, considering dependencies and site-specific deadlines.

- Collaborate with the IT track team and Accenture to standardize concepts for IT systems rollout, training, hypercare, and support.

- Monitor and report on the progress of IT systems implementation to stakeholders.

- Create presentations for effective communication with stakeholders regarding plans and progress.

- Assist the IT Track Lead with internal team management, including sprint planning and execution.

- Drive weekly meetings with sites and participate in all project-related meetings.

- Ensure follow-up on actions and coordinate day-to-day tasks with automation engineers.

- Report status to Senior PM.

Requirements:

- Experience with MS Visio/MS Projects is a plus.

- Proven experience in planning and executing IT systems implementation projects.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-have:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.

Start: 1st May 2024

Duration: 7+ months with possibility of extension
