For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Analyst.
Role and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
Design and implement CRM solutions utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
Configure and customize CRM components to meet specific business needs, leveraging your expertise in workflows, entities, forms, and views.
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide ongoing support and training to end-users.
Stay updated on the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and recommend enhancements to optimize system performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Extensive experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including workflows, entities, forms, and views.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of delivering successful CRM solutions that meet business objectives.
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-901: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals) are a plus.
