emagine is looking for a Project Manager with DORA experience for our client in the banking industry.

Job description

  • Establish a sub-steer for workstream and ensure relevant line managers, DORA programme manager and 2 LoD representatives are included.

  • Budget and resource requests, the detailed implementation plan for the workstream, interdependencies with the other workstream and other stakeholders, progress and reporting of the stream progress

  • Develop and proactively maintain all mandated project management artefacts

  • Ensure that the workstream fulfils the regulatory change requirements coming from the DORA programme and/or other programmes

  • Outline decision requests for DORA steering committees and/or applicable governance forums.

  • Registration of issues and/or risks of potential compliance gaps

  • Ensure sufficient handover of change and development activities to the relevant line unit.

  • Drive the weekly sub-steering Committee Material

  • Support with communication awareness campaign towards both subsidiaries and business

  • Ad-hoc reporting

  • Stakeholder management towards the executive and senior management layer

Description of knowledge and experience

  • 10+ years of Project Management Experience

  • Experience with driving large complex initiatives and/or programmes

  • Superior proficiency with developing PowerPoint material and decision material in general

  • Standard proficiency with using Excel and financial planning

  • Risk and/or Project Management Certifications (e.g. SAFe, Prince2, ISACA, CISSP, CRISC)

  • Experience with regulatory implementations and/or Business Architecture is advantage
