emagine are looking for an communication specialist to join our client’s client End2End Planning Program. The program is a key strategic program. The main driver for the End2End Planning program is to collaborate across teams and improve their client competitiveness.
Their goal is to enable customer centricity, optimization, & efficiency, while fostering an empowered planning community. Through this transformation, they aim to improve Delivery Accuracy (DA), unlock potential savings and significantly reduce food waste to create value for the good of their customers and the planet.
The communication specialist will work closely with the Senior Business Change Manager of the program and the teams of BCMs on communication to the rest of the client organization:
· Set direction and inspire on how to drive communication
· Support in creation and development of a communication strategy and communication plans
· Create communication materials for stakeholders across the client business and IT
· Present messages in a simple manner and in a visual attractive way
· Ensure material across the program is kept updated and up to high quality standards
· At least 3 years' experience with creating material for both senior stakeholders and end users
· Ability to suggest improvements to their setup and the way they handle communication – both in terms of structure and content
· Prepare content (e.g. power points, sharepoint post and videos) and hence strong power point knowledge
· Uncompromising attention to detail and ensuring aligned visual messages in terms of visuals, colors, formats and language
· Intrinsic positive attitude with a natural need to see solutions instead of problems and you naturally stimulate cross-border interaction
