emagine is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Management Consultant or Program Manager specialized in governance and stakeholder management to support our client in the pharmaceutical industry. This role will focus on Stakeholder Mapping & Stakeholder Management for the A&P Strategic Support, DMD team, and requires extensive experience in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and establishing effective governance structures. This requires extensive experience in governance and stakeholder management within large global organizations.
Description:
As a Senior Management Consultant, you will be instrumental in assisting the DMD team (Device Manufacturing Division) in optimizing collaboration with key stakeholders. This includes creating an overview of existing knowledge and strategic tracks within DMD, prioritizing key stakeholder concerns, and conducting comprehensive stakeholder mapping. You will align internal roles and responsibilities within the DMD team and externally with stakeholders, defining structures and processes to enhance collaboration and governance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight of existing knowledge and strategic tracks within the DMD team.
- Prioritize key stakeholder concerns and develop strategies to address them.
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder mapping, assessing current touchpoints, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Align internal roles and responsibilities within the DMD team and externally with stakeholders.
- Define structures and processes to support effective collaboration and governance.
- Plan, implement, and adapt strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with existing strategic tracks, programs, and ongoing initiatives within the DMD team.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in governance and stakeholder management within large global organizations.
- Proven ability to engage with and influence senior management and business development stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or related industries preferred.
Prerequisite:
- Demonstrated access to key DMD stakeholders at management and business development levels.
- Close collaboration with sponsors and resources in A&P Strategic Support.

Duration: Flexible
Allocation: Up to full time (80-100 %) until summer and allocated 50-80% after summer, depending on business needs
