emagine is looking for an Order to Cash (O2C) Process Support Specialist who can assist the Global Process Owner (GPO) and OTC Delivery Manager in managing and executing the O2C processes within a global SAP implementation.

This role is pivotal in providing operational support, managing meetings, creating presentations, and bridging the gap between the O2C process and change management initiatives. The ideal consultant will have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of O2C processes, and the ability to communicate effectively across various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support for Global Process Owner (GPO):

    • Assist the GPO in managing day-to-day tasks related to the global O2C process, providing operational support to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

    • Help prepare for meetings by organizing agendas, capturing minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.

    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and provide updates to the GPO on key project milestones and challenges.

  2. Presentation Development:

    • Collaborate with the GPO to develop clear, concise, and visually engaging presentations that describe changes to the O2C process.

    • Ensure that presentations align with overall project goals and are tailored to various audiences, including executive leadership, regional teams, and end-users.

    • Use data and analytics to support key messages and provide evidence for proposed changes or improvements in the O2C process.

  3. Project Management Support:

    • Provide bandwidth to the GPO by assisting in managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications for the global SAP O2C implementation.

    • Liaise with the System Implementator to support design workshop & testing processes where required

    • Track progress against project plans, identify potential risks, and escalate issues to the GPO as needed.

    • Support the execution of project tasks, such as documentation review, testing coordination, and process validation.

  4. Change Management Linkage:

    • Act as a liaison between the O2C process and the change management team to ensure that O2C-related changes are effectively communicated and adopted across the organization.

    • Assist in approving change management materials, such as training documents, communication plans, and user guides.

    • Gather feedback from end-users and regional teams to inform the change management strategy and improve the implementation process.

  5. Documentation & Reporting:

    • Assist in maintaining up-to-date documentation of O2C processes, project plans, meeting notes, and action items.

    • Prepare regular status reports for the GPO, highlighting key achievements, upcoming tasks, and any potential issues.

    • Ensure that all documentation is organized, accessible, and aligned with project standards.

  6. Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Engage with key stakeholders across different regions and functions to gather input, address concerns, and ensure alignment with the global O2C strategy.

    • Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries related to the O2C process and its implementation within SAP.

    • Foster strong working relationships with regional teams, IT, finance, and other relevant departments.

  7. Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the O2C function and propose solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.

    • Stay informed about best practices in O2C processes, SAP functionalities, and change management techniques.

    • Support the GPO in implementing and monitoring continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Order to Cash processes and project management, or a related role within a global organization.

  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, particularly in O2C modules.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in creating presentations and communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Familiarity with change management principles and practices.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality documentation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a multinational company or consulting firm with exposure to global operations.

  • Knowledge of best practices in O2C processes and SAP functionalities.

  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques within Jira

  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.

  • Experience in supporting large-scale IT or finance transformation projects.

Working Conditions:

  • Full time and Onsite in Copenhagen.

  • Occasional international travel may be required.

  • Ability to work across global time zones, accommodating the needs of a diverse, international team.

  • Duration 6 month + option for extension
