On behalf of one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, emagine is currently looking for a consultant to support with Change Management activities related to building out their Data Foundation across LoB engagements
Job Description
Key focus will be on:
Communication tasks: Support article and newsletter activities to help communicate news continuously on Viva Engage, and create (some of the) content to the Data Marketplace playbook
Stakeholder management: including stakeholder mapping and engagement tracking across LoB engagements
Training: including both material creation and facilitation
Feedback loops: help track feedback from training sessions and newsletter
The role is very hands on and we are looking for a very proactive profile.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in change management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across various organizational levels.
Experience in leading change initiatives within data and analytics projects, preferably in healthcare.
Knowledge of data management, governance and data-related challenges.
Relevant educational background and certifications in change management methodologies or data-related technologies.
Start Date: 2nd of October 2024
Duration: Until 20th of December 2024
Allocation: Full time, time & material
