Job description:
Consultant to support sourcing management processes related to Identity and Access Management (IAM) as part of the IT Scalability Programme in DD&IT, including software selection and selection of implementation partners in collaboration with procurement and sourcing teams.
Sourcing Management:
Define overall sourcing strategy in collaboration with sourcing management and procurement
Drive and support RFI-RFP processes including software selection and technical and migration analysis
Communication with suppliers and coordination of supplier evaluation and feedback
Support on defining business case for transformation and migration
Develop decision materials for selection of suppliers, services and products
Develop make-buy strategy including roles and responsibilities
Support contract development and coordinate negotiation processes
Experience with sourcing and procurement processes
Experience with software selection and technology services
Experience with communication and negotiation
Start Date: 1st of December 2024
End date: End of March 2025
Work Location: Ballerup, Denmark (Hybrid)
Allocation: Fulltime, time & material
