emagine is currently seeking a Project Assistant for one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities:
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination
Maintain project documentation and records
Coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas
Provide administrative support to project managers and team members
Monitor project progress by updating timelines
Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations
Responsible for roadmap for Alarm Response Centre in general
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative or project support roles
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Expertise in project management tools and software
High attention to detail and accuracy
