Description:
The client is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead our testing in the Asset+ Program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of their holistic solution across 5 projects. A solution that makes it possible to deliver software remotely to ships.
Key responsibilities:
• Review completed test
• Develop and implement test plans and procedures for testing the process from quote to delivery
• Lead a team of testers, providing guidance and support
• Coordinate with development teams to understand project requirements and timelines
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scripts
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues
• Report on testing progress, results, and metrics to stakeholders.
Must Haves:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Test Manager
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
• Experience with testing within industrial systems or IoT solution will be an advantage
• Experience with automated testing tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills Other competences:
