Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Solution Architect to support them in analyzing the dependencies and impact of activating and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH). The primary objective of this engagement is to deliver a detailed plan for the implementation steps, with the possibility of extending the contract for the implementation phase.
Responsibilities:
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the dependencies and impact of activating and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub.
Evaluate how TIH connects to SAP SuccessFactors Opportunity Marketplace.
Develop a detailed plan for the implementation steps, including timelines, resource requirements, and potential risks.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and related modules.
In-depth understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub and its integration with SAP SuccessFactors Opportunity Marketplace.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex dependencies and impacts.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey analysis findings and implementation plans.
Optional Extension:
The selected External Solution Architect may have the opportunity to extend the engagement for the implementation phase based on the quality of the analysis and the proposed implementation plan.
