emagine is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Specialist to join our client’s IT Product Line, specifically within the "Endpoint Management" team. This team is responsible for the setup and operation of all workplace devices, with a strong focus on improving the Digital Employee Experience (DEX).
The primary objective of this role is to analyze and resolve persistent PC performance issues by conducting in-depth benchmarking, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance system performance.
Responsibilities:
Analyze Existing Work:
Review prior analysis performed on the PC performance issue.Set Up PC Performance Benchmark Testing:
Develop and execute benchmark tests to evaluate the impact of baseline agents within the current system image.
Conduct iterative tests, including uninstalling and re-benchmarking for various agents.
Collaborate with Baseline Agent Owners:
Work closely with owners of baseline agents to identify performance improvement opportunities for each agent.Perform Comprehensive Environment Review:
Review the broader IT environment to identify quick fixes and propose long-term performance improvement initiatives.Document Findings:
Ensure all findings are recorded and addressed using the organization’s Problem Management process.
Expected Outcomes:
Detailed data on the performance impact of each baseline agent.
A comprehensive plan with actionable recommendations to improve system performance.
Requirements:
Proven expertise in Endpoint Management and troubleshooting performance issues.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis for performance optimization.
Experience with DEX solutions and problem management processes.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with stakeholders and technical teams.
