emagine is seeking a skilled and experienced Product Owner to drive the delivery of critical ServiceNow initiatives and manage a busy backlog of tasks for our customer in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and a proven track record in product ownership within a global enterprise context.

This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, align priorities, and empower a team of ServiceNow developers to deliver high-value solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ServiceNow Development Efforts:

    • Guide a team of developers to deliver on a dynamic and critical backlog.

    • Act as an ‘Epic Driver’ for initiatives, removing blockers and ensuring administrative support for the team.

  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Align on current ServiceNow deliveries and address requests for new features or services.

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on priorities.

  • Backlog Management:

    • Ensure business requests and requirements are clearly specified, documented, and included in the roadmap.

    • Drive roadmap planning and align priorities with leadership.

  • Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and manage a comprehensive roadmap for ServiceNow products.

    • Build strategies that define outcomes and align with organizational goals.

  • Team Engagement:

    • Foster team engagement through empowerment and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and functionalities (developer-level expertise not required).

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, including backlog management and roadmap development.

  • Strong understanding of building and operating IT solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills for managing diverse, cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in defining strategies, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.

  • Ability to foster engagement and collaboration within a team environment.
