emagine is seeking a mid-level Project Scheduler to support a leading pharmaceutical client in managing and maintaining project schedules for ITOT (Information Technology/Operational Technology) initiatives. This role involves creating, tracking, and refining project schedules while ensuring alignment with industry standards, company policies, and PMO best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Schedule Development:
Develop, baseline, and maintain site project schedules using tools like OPC and Primavera P6.
Ensure tasks and activities are properly planned and coordinated, with baseline schedules approved.
Adherence to Standards:
Maintain compliance with industry standards, company policies, and PMO-defined processes.
Progress Monitoring:
Track project progress, identify variances from baseline schedules, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers, team members, and external vendors to align schedules and resolve clashes.
Assess impacts of changes and issues on project timelines.
Communication:
Ensure transparent communication across project teams regarding tasks, deadlines, and dependencies.
Provide monthly reports on progress and high-level milestones.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and support initiatives to improve scheduling processes and enhance project management practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience with project scheduling
Strong understanding of project management standards, practices, and processes.
Experience in monitoring and tracking project progress and reporting to stakeholders.
Excellent coordination and communication skills for engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with the ability to assess and address scheduling issues and changes.
Familiarity with ITOT environments is a plus.
Experience with Primavera is a must
