emagine is currently looking for 2 Jr. Python Developers for a financial client.
The client are seeking two Jr. Python Developers to design, develop, and maintain Python-based solutions to support business requirements. The role involves programming with Python, Pandas, and Polars, ensuring system reliability, security, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for metadata management, user access controls, and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Python programs using pure Python, Pandas, and Polars.
Design and implement solutions to meet business needs.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance of applications.
Develop and manage metadata, user access, and security controls.
Offer technical support and resolve system issues.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including data models, process flows, and system diagrams.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in Python development with third-party libraries such as Pandas and Polars.
Knowledge of orchestration, caching techniques, APIs, and cloud platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Financial Services, particularly within the Credit Risk domain.
