emagine is looking for a skilled and experienced Scrum Master with a strong foundation in Project Management Office (PMO) practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and facilitating Agile/Scrum processes for two project teams building and operating middleware software, while also contributing to PMO-related activities such as status reporting and RAID log management.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring the successful delivery of prioritized work items.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to promote collaboration, remove impediments, and build robust teams capable of operating independently as a self-sustaining Scrum team in the long run.
Work closely with product owners to understand product vision, define priorities and requirements, ensuring alignment of Agile processes with the product goals.
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of Agile principles within our teams, fostering a culture of resilience, autonomy, and continuous improvement.
Apply PMO practices to ensure effective status reporting, tracking of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID log), and overall project governance.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide visibility into project progress, risks, and issues through comprehensive status reports and RAID log management.
Key Qualifications:
We expect you to have a BSc or MSc degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent) with 3+ years of experience in IT.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
2 years of experience in a Scrum Master role in a high-performance agile environment
Strong understanding of PMO practices, including experience in status reporting and RAID log management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on integrating Agile and PMO practices.
Additional Requirements:
Experience in Microsoft ADO is required.
Familiarity with industry-standard project management and Agile tools.
Experience working with infrastructure or middleware software is preferred, but not man-datory.
Strong background in Scrum is essential.
Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles and practices is preferred.
