We are looking for a highly experienced Senior PMO Consultants to support Program Directors in a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role will function as a strategic Senior PMO partner, ensuring structured governance, risk management, and effective decision-making at the highest program level.
Key Responsibilities
Executive-Level Program Support: Act as a trusted advisor and strategic PMO partner to the Program Directors, providing insights, structure, and execution support for key initiatives.
Stakeholder & Leadership Management: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Program Leadership, Business Units, IT, and external vendors.
Change & Communication: Drive internal communication efforts, ensuring that leadership and key stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the transformation.
Process & Execution Excellence: Implement best practices in program governance, optimizing workflows, reporting structures, and strategic planning efforts.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in global SAP S/4HANA implementations or other large-scale ERP transformations.
Proven experience in a high-level advisory role, supporting C-level executives, Program Directors, or senior stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to drive structure and execution in a complex, global environment.
Hands-on expertise in governance, risk assessment, and quality assurance.
Experience preparing materials for Steering Committees (SterCo) and senior leadership decision-making.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and executive reporting.
Ability to work cross-functionally, bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
Fluency in English is required.
Additional Preferred Experience
Previous experience in a high-level PMO role, Project manager, Program manager, directly supporting executive leadership.
