Job Description:
• Business process design: develop and optimize business processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
• Capability mapping: define and map business capabilities to support strategic goals and integrate with the warex solution.
• Stakeholder engagement: collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, identify pain points, and recommend process improvements.
• Integration with IT architecture: coordinate with the IT architect to ensure business processes are supported by the IT infrastructure and align with technical specifications.
• Sap integration: ensure business processes align with sap standards and leverage sap functionalities effectively.
• Site assessments: support site assessments by analyzing current business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements.
• Documentation: create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, capabilities, and requirements.
• Business process modeling and optimization
• Business capability mapping and alignment
• Stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering
• Alignment with IT architecture

Required Skills
Solid experience in business process management and optimization.
