We are seeking a skilled End User Computing Engineer for a client within the banking industry to manage, maintain, and improve our organization’s IT end-user computing infrastructure. The role involves package creation ,deploying, supporting, and optimizing tools like CAPA Installer, Intune, SCCM, Microsoft 365 (M365), Exchange, and Distribution List Management (DLB). The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to providing excellent user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deployment and Configuration:
• Design, implement, and maintain end-user computing solutions using tools like Intune, SCCM, and CAPA Installer.
2. Software Packaging:
• packaging, software deployment (sccm, capa installer, intune), documentation, powershell, vbs
• Automate application packaging and deployment processes.
3. Device Management:
• Manage and secure endpoints (Windows, Mac, mobile devices) using Microsoft Intune and other tools.
• Implement and maintain device compliance policies.
5. Support:
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support for end-user computing issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, device, and network-related issues.
6. Patch Management:
• Plan, schedule, and deploy patches and software updates using SCCM and Intune.
• Ensure compliance with security standards.
7. Process Improvement and Documentation:
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs and knowledge base articles.
• Identify areas for automation and optimization in EUC processes.
8. Collaboration and Training:
• Work closely with IT teams to align end-user computing services with organizational goals.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance productivity.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience with tools like CAPA Installer, Intune, SCCM, etc. and M365 administration.
• Packaging, deployment, sccm, capa installer, intune, documentation
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD.
• Experience with endpoint security and compliance management.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, VBScript, etc.) for automation.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management.
