emagine is seeking a Test Manager for a client in Aarhus.
You will be responsible for ensuring that testing processes are adhered to and that software deliverables meet the highest standards.
To excel in this role, you must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Main Responsibilities:
The Test Manager will lead the testing strategy and execution, fostering a culture of quality within the project.
Develop and implement testing methodologies and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define testing strategies.
Review and analyze system specifications and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
Communicate findings and provide feedback to stakeholders.
Ensure timely delivery of testing processes in line with project timelines.
Mentor and guide junior testing team members.
Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Test Manager or similar role in IT projects.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Availability for immediate start and a commitment until project completion (expected September).
Competency in understanding business requirements and translating them into testing criteria.
Allocation: Fulltime, hybrid (4 days onsite)
Duration: 6 months
