We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst / Business Analyst with 1-5 years of experience to support data validation and analysis in a regulated financial environment. The ideal candidate is an Excel super-user with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work with large datasets containing personal and transactional information.
This role focuses on data quality analysis within FATCA/CRS regulatory reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency in critical financial data.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and identify data inconsistencies and quality issues within large datasets, based on predefined validation frameworks.
Compare and correlate multiple datasets, identifying patterns, discrepancies, and anomalies.
Understand database logic and XML structures to interpret data flows and dependencies.
Summarize data validation findings, presenting structured insights to facilitate corrections.
Work independently and systematically to ensure compliance with FATCA/CRS regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to understand validation rules and apply them effectively.
