emagine is currently seeking an Experienced OCM/Epic Owner for several teams in an agile release train (ART) for one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry.

The clinical analytics ART (CA ART) in Data Science, Development, is spear heading the building a future-proof digital clinical analytics suite, enabling consistent submission of clinical drug studies to authorities.
As part of a UX & OCM enabler team in the CA ART, you will be working with a cross-functional global agile team of teams (Product Owners, Solution Architect, IT developers and Scrum Masters), supporting the organizational change and implementation of new, or enhanced, digital products. An example of a larger digital product is AMACE which is our new automated, scalable and multilingual, statistical computing environment for collecting, managing, and sharing clinical trial data across sources, enabling fast processing, and analysis, of clinical data, by SAS Viya, Python and R.
You will be supporting prioritized digital products in the CA ART, spread over several teams, as well as ART Leadership.
Your key responsibilities include:
Drive or co-drive engagement with super users, ensuring efficient feedback loops, supporting co-creation of new solutions with development teams and business
Drive or co-drive the development and execution of training set-up and material together with subject matter experts and user representatives
Drive or co-drive the required update of guidance documents, standard operating procedures and other relevant documentation for the AMACE development and implementation
Drive or co-drove the development of other necessary OCM and communication activities and artifacts

Other qualifications which would be beneficial:
Knowledge into programming and or bio statistics would be a benefit but not a requirement
Mandatory Skills:
Experienced Microsoft 365 user
Experience with OCM tools
Experience working with globally distributed teams with multiple nationalities
Experience working with OCM in the pharmaceutical industry
Duration: Start 1st of March 2025 until end of April 2026
Allocation: 100%
