emagine is seeking a Validation Lead on behalf of one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
You should possess a deep understanding of validation planning and execution, particularly in IT/ERP projects such as SAP.
Main Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility for this role is to develop and maintain comprehensive validation strategies and plans.
Additional responsibilities include:
Conducting thorough risk assessments and resource allocation.
Ensuring compliance with GxP standards during all validation activities.
Coordinating validation efforts among relevant stakeholders.
Facilitating the preparation of necessary validation documentation.
Reviewing deliverables to ensure adherence to validation requirements.
Reporting the status of validation activities to project management.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks during the validation process.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in leading validation strategies in IT/ERP projects (SAP).
Experience in test management activities and managing validation phases.
Proficiency in documentation and authoring detailed validation reports.
Strong problem-solving skills with a technical acumen.
Strong leadership capabilities and team coordination skills.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with additional compliance regulations.
Experience with additional ERP systems beyond SAP.
