emagine is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the clean-up of existing IBM Mainframe Access Groups. This crucial role involves working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and various technical and business departments to ensure compliance with central IAM controls and to revamp legacy setups.
Main Responsibilities:
E2E ownership of the tracks defined deliverables.
Define, manage, and communicate risks, dependencies, and issues throughout the project execution.
Status tracking and transparent reporting to the Project Manager.
Key Requirements:
Extensive experience with IAM
Familiarity with IBM Mainframe technology is a must.
Experience from financial industry
Demonstrable project management experience with a robust PM toolbox.
Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Effective problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of IT infrastructure and interdependencies.
Certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2) are a plus.
Experience in hybrid project management methodologies (waterfall and agile).
Nice to have:
Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
