For a client, emagine is looking for a Change Manager.

As a Change Manager, you will be instrumental in enabling our clients to adopt new systems effectively, ensuring a seamless transition and fostering employee engagement throughout the process.

Main Responsibilities

As a Change Manager, your core responsibility will be to ensure effective change management processes are in place.

  • Collaborate with management teams and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions to ERP systems.

  • Develop and execute tailored change management plans, inclusive of communication and training strategies.

  • Contribute to best practice change activities and continuous team improvement.

  • Design workshops to empower leaders and change agents.

  • Coordinate activities of local change networks.

  • Engage with process and data workstreams closely.

  • Advocate for continuous improvement in business processes.

Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in change management.

  • Proven ability in leading change initiatives across organizations.

  • Strong planning and execution skills.

  • Experience with global system implementations.

  • Exceptional collaborative skills with various stakeholders.

  • Strategic mindset for simplifying processes and optimizing resources.

  • Exemplary communication skills.

  • A hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with ERP systems.

  • Experience in training development and facilitation.

Start date: 1 of April 2025.

Duration: 6 months + option.

Workload: Full-time.

Location: Copenhagen.

Onsite/remote: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
