On behalf of one of our clients in the pharmacautical industry, emagine is seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer with a background in Business Analysis (BA) or Architecture to join their integration team for the NGS2.0 implementation of Vault Safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to create and manage technical documentation.
Main Responsibilities:
Engage in the NGS2.0 implementation of Vault Safety within the integration team.
Ensure alignment of technical documentation within the integration team and across departments.
Produce comprehensive technical writing to support the integration team and system architect.
Manage environment coordination with suppliers and teams, ensuring availability.
Assist in test data management through strategy creation and task execution.
Conduct ad hoc gap analysis and technical feasibility analysis.
Collaborate on tasks across other initiatives related to the NGS2.0 program.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architect, Technical Business Analyst, or Technical Writer.
Experience with SaaS implementation at a technical level.
Strong stakeholder management and effective communication of technical concepts.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Proven ability to drive tasks, ensuring progress while seeking collaboration.
Genuine passion for learning and engaging with evolving technical concepts.
Nice to Have:
Relevant certifications.
Experience with Veeva Vault products, especially Veeva Vault Safety.
Familiarity with GxP validation processes.
Background in Pharma and understanding of the Safety domain.
Knowledge of Agile development best practices in SAFe or similar frameworks.
