Introduction & Summary

On behalf of one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, we are seeking an experienced OKR Implementation Consultant who excels in transforming organizational objectives into impactful results. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in strategy, data analysis, and change management to successfully implement an enhanced OKR framework for our client. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing data collection processes, developing training sessions, and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement throughout the implementation phase.

Main Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the consultant will be to lead the implementation of the OKR framework across various teams.

  • Develop a comprehensive OKR strategy aligned with organizational goals.

  • Create a detailed roadmap for OKR enhancement, outlining key milestones.

  • Implement a change management plan addressing cultural shifts due to the new process.

  • Deliver training and onboarding sessions for team members on the enhanced OKR process.

  • Engage stakeholders to determine data collection needs and maintain alignment.

  • Provide ongoing operational support and resources for teams utilizing the new tool.

  • Establish feedback loops to refine the OKR process continually.

  • Define and analyze key metrics for success tracking of quarterly OKRs.

  • Prepare comprehensive quarterly reports for SVP-level review.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in OKR implementation and organizational change management.

  • Strong understanding of agile principles and project management methodologies.

  • Ability to strategically align OKRs with both organizational and team objectives.

  • Exceptional communication skills to convey strategic insights to various stakeholders.

  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and data collection for effective reporting.

  • Deep knowledge of business operations within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Expertise in data analysis and visualization for insightful reporting.

  • Proactive problem-solving capabilities and continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Certification in OKR methodology

  • Experience with agile project management tools.

  • Background in training or coaching roles across diverse teams.

Duration: Start 3rd of March 2025 until end of August 2025
Allocation: Fulltime, time & material
