Introduction & Summary
On behalf of one of our clients, emagine is seeking an experienced IT & Automation Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to lead the execution of change management strategies for their Digitalization & Data track. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management methodologies to drive successful project outcomes. Main Responsibilities
Your core responsibility will be to execute the IT & Automation OCM strategy effectively. Additional responsibilities include:
Conducting stakeholder mapping and engagement for efficient execution.
Ensuring adherence to OCM standards as outlined by the IT & Automation PMO.
Mitigating stakeholder resistance and building trust with IT/OT site teams.
Planning and delivering communications in collaboration with subject matter experts.
Creating presentations and communication assets to enhance visibility and buy-in.
Supporting initiatives aimed at improving internal and external collaboration.
Facilitating continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitoring and reporting on change management progress.
Providing training and support to stakeholders as needed.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in Organizational Change Management within IT/Automation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities.
Familiarity with change management methodologies and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in stakeholder management and resistance mitigation.
Knowledge of continuous improvement frameworks.
Nice to Have
Certifications in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
Experience with digital transformation projects.
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
Duration: Start 1st of March 2025 until end of 2025
