Senior Project Manager – PMO & Portfolio Management System Implementation

At emagine, we are seeking a skilled PMO Consultant to spearhead critical initiatives in project and portfolio management, with a specific focus on implementing Planisware. We are looking for individuals with exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and successful implementation of project and portfolio management systems, particularly Planisware.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Establish and implement best practices for project and portfolio management.

  • Provide training and ongoing support for Planisware and project management methodologies.

  • Identify risks proactively, addressing issues before they impact project success.

  • Analyze project outcomes to drive continuous improvement within the PMO framework.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

  • At least 7 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on PMO and portfolio management systems.

  • Proven expertise in Planisware or similar tools.

  • Strong grasp of project management methodologies (PMP or equivalent certification preferred).

  • Outstanding leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and digital tools.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and change management experience.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in training and mentoring teams.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks.

Additional Information:

  • Startdate ASAP

  • This role requires onsite work three days a week in Hedehusene.

  • Immediate availability is preferred.
