Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Architect with a strong background in Human Resources to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between architectural design and human resource management, ensuring that our projects are not only innovative but also aligned with our organizational culture and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Must have experience from the manufacturing industry
Must have strong experience in implementation and migration of HR systems
Collaborate with design teams to create spaces that promote employee engagement and well-being.
Implement HR strategies that support architectural projects and enhance team performance.
Manage talent acquisition and development for architecture-related roles within the company.
Foster a collaborative work environment by promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and practices in all architectural initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in both architecture and human resources management.
Strong understanding of workplace design principles and employee experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A commitment to fostering a positive organizational culture and promoting diversity.
Start: ASAP or 1st of April at the latest
Duration: 6-9 months + possible extention
Work load: Full time

Onsite four days/week in Greater Copenhagen Area
