Are you a talented HR IT Data Analyst with a passion for SAP SuccessFactors? On behalf of one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, we are seeking a freelance consultant who excels in data analysis and documentation for API integrations. The right candidate will be pivotal in optimizing HR data processes, ensuring data integrity, and fostering effective communication among teams.
Main Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the HR IT Data Analyst is to ensure accurate data analysis and integration within our HR systems.
Collaborate with HR, Business, and IT teams to identify data analysis and integration requirements.
Utilize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to extract, analyze, and interpret HR data.
Document detailed requirements for API integrations to facilitate data exchange.
Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards for HR metrics insights.
Conduct data quality assessments and implement measures to ensure integrity.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging HR data technologies.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and its data structures.
Expertise in documenting API integration requirements in the HR IT sector.
Proficiency in data analysis tools, including SQL and Excel.
Solid understanding of HR processes and data management in a corporate environment.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Nice to Have
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or related HR IT systems.
Experience with other HR systems (SAP HCM, Workday, or Oracle HCM).
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

Start: Start of April 2025. Full-time for 6 months with the possibility of extension
