emagine is seeking a skilled Process Consultant for a client in Jutland. Ideal candidates will possess 5-15 years of experience and a strong background in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and process management. We are looking for professionals well-versed in ITIL, with substantial knowledge and practical experience in IT Service Management. You must be proactive, collaborative, and able to navigate diverse technical teams and personalities.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for optimizing processes while ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.

  • Facilitate process improvement initiatives.

  • Drive progress and collaboration within project teams.

  • Engage with technical teams to ensure integration and alignment of processes.

  • Provide domain knowledge, preferably in the energy sector.

  • Contribute to documentation structure and audit preparations.

  • Work on cyber security and compliance projects as needed.

  • Assist in implementing tools such as ServiceNow.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

  • Support the restructuring of documentation practices in our team.

Key Requirements

  • 5-15 years of experience in process consultancy.

  • Must be able to be onsite 3 days a week at our client

  • Proficiency in BPMN and process management.

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL principles.

  • Experience with IT Service Management.

  • Ability to drive collaboration across diverse teams.

  • Familiarity with critical infrastructure, preferably in the energy sector.

  • Knowledge of cyber security/compliance practices (a plus).

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar tools (bonus).

  • Proven ability to produce technical documentation and manage audit trails (bonus).

Other Details
