Main Responsibilities
Design and refine UX/UI components for iOS apps.
Collaborate within a newly-formed team of developers, testers, and auditors.
Engage with end users during on-site visits in Denmark.
Work closely with Product Owners to deliver innovative design solutions.
Run UX experiments and analyze feedback to improve designs.
Maintain strong design consistency through the use of design systems.
Key Requirements
Extensive experience with Figma and design principles.
Deep knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines (HIG).
Proven portfolio demonstrating successful iOS app designs.
Ability to work on legacy applications and incorporate existing designs.
Experience conducting user research and user testing.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in collaborative environments.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of version control systems, such as GIT.
Experience in automating design processes.
Previous work on pharmaceutical-related projects.
Familiar with 'design as code' methodologies.
Experience on the shop floor with production applications.
