Your contributions will include project involvement, system diagnostics, documentation, and training, with assignments ranging from small deliverables to large-scale global factory projects.
Main Responsibilities:
Support production IT operating systems such as CCTV, MES, SCADA, and more
Allocate time between project work and daily support tasks
Maintain relationships with stakeholders and internal customers
Ensure IT solution integrity and keep documentation up-to-date
Meet Service Level Agreements with customers through operational support.
Key Requirements:
2-5 years of experience with IT systems in global companies
Knowledge of IT/OT environmental network setup, architecture, and troubleshooting
Experience with international teams in operational support and project delivery.
Nice to Have:
Understanding of IT security protocols
Experience in industrial automation technologies.
