emagine is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst (BA) for a client in the financial sector. The consultant will join an ongoing project in the realm of governance of Identity & Access Management (IAM). This position demands rapid assimilation into the project due to its advanced stage, requiring an individual who can navigate responsibilities with minimal onboarding.
The consultant is responsible in ensuring that access management frameworks are both effective and efficient:
Engaging with stakeholders to comprehend business objectives and requirements.
Documenting and analyzing requirements related to access management & control.
Collaborating with business and IT teams through interviews or workshops.
Creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
Designing process models, use cases, and data flow diagrams.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards.
Translating business needs into technical solutions.
Planning & coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
Providing regular project lifecycle updates to stakeholders.
Identifying risks and proposing effective mitigation strategies.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects, particularly in IAM.
Demonstrated process development experience.
Self-driven and motivated with a strong focus on customer service.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with requirement management tools (e.g., JIRA).
Nice to have:
Experience in risk management and mitigation.
Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
