Emagine is seeking a talented Monitoring and Control Solution Scrum Master to join our client in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in agile project management and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. You will play a pivotal role in empowering product teams, fostering an agile culture, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Main Responsibilities
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for supporting and driving the agile governance structure within the product team.
Facilitate scrum meetings and retrospectives, documenting learnings and actions.
Collaborate with the agile coach to cultivate an agile delivery culture.
Communicate the value of new methodologies to enhance team performance.
Drive delivery progress in coordination with implementation leads to achieve key targets.
Be proactive in removing obstacles and distractions for the team to ensure timely project completion.
Key Requirements
Proven track record of building followship and fellowship within teams.
Experience in leading teams toward stable and timely delivery.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with team members and stakeholders.
Strong servant leadership qualities.
Expert level user of Azure DevOps.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with various agile methodologies.
Experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
