Introduction & Summary
emagine is seeking an experienced freelance IT consultant to join one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry as Migration Data Analysts. This role is essential for understanding and implementing master data requirements while engaging with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of data processes to excel in this position.
Main Responsibilities
The Migration Data Analyst will take the lead in analyzing business contexts and ensuring the proper setup of master data. You will:
Conduct business context analysis to understand site-specific master data needs.
Set up relevant master data configurations in the solution.
Engage stakeholders to gather Line of Business (LoB) requirements and suggest process improvements.
Support WareX product analysts in master data efforts throughout projects.
Participate in testing and developing new tools for mass creation or modification of master data.
Collaborate with site-specific stakeholders, such as LoB MD Stewards, to address requirements and concerns.
Create and maintain standard master data approaches in WareX deployments.
Identify and resolve data-related issues efficiently.
Provide training and support to relevant users.
Continuously seek improvements in data management processes.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in master data management.
Strong understanding of IT processes, particularly data processes.
Comprehensive end-to-end process knowledge.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
Ability to drive process improvements effectively.
Experience in documentation and training.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with data migration tools.
Project management experience.
Knowledge of industry-specific master data standards.
