Introduction & Summary
On behalf of one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, emagine is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Controller consultant to support their Digitization & Data and Operational Readiness tracks. This position is crucial for managing project timelines, stakeholder communications, and operational procedures at our site in Tietgenbyen (Odense). Ideal candidates possess strong analytical skills, the ability to collaborate effectively, and a commitment to quality execution.
Main Responsibilities
Your core responsibility will be to support Track Leads through various project management tasks. Main duties include:
Creating and maintaining track timelines, stakeholder maps, and risk registers
Securing effective communication with stakeholders
Developing PowerPoint presentations for management and stakeholders
Planning and executing meetings and workshops
Ensuring quality standards are met
Collaborating with other tracks, global areas, and Line of Business teams
Key Requirements
A degree in Life Science, Project Management, Change Management, or Organizational Management
2-3 years of Project Management experience
Knowledge of Digital Strategies and Operational Readiness
Understanding of GxP requirements, preferably in pharmaceuticals
Strong stakeholder relations and communication skills
Proficient in PowerPoint
Proactive with strong follow-up and task completion skills
Fluency in English; knowledge of Danish is a plus
Nice to Have
Experience in multicultural project environments
Familiarity with project management tools

Start date: 15th of April 2025
