Join our client in the pharmaceutical industry as a Solution Architect
emagine is seeking a talented Solution Architect to support our client´s internal needs, particularly in our EC and Total Rewards team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in compensation, variable pay, and Employee Central while integrating systems and optimizing business processes. We are looking for experienced freelancers who excel in collaboration and problem-solving.
Main Responsibilities
As a Solution Architect, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement solutions that enhance our client systems and workflows.
Lead solutions design for compensation and variable pay implementations.
Integrate Employee Central forms with compensation tools.
Publish and manage data back to Employee Central.
Develop and manage business rules in Employee Central.
Establish role-based permissions for users.
Utilize the Integration Center and Intelligent Services for seamless operations.
Employ Odata APIs for system integrations.
Support the compliance and reporting requirements.
Consult with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Key Requirements
Proven expertise in compensation and variable pay systems.
Experience with Employee Central integration.
Strong understanding of business rules and role-based permissions.
Proficiency in using integration tools and services.
Hands-on knowledge of Odata APIs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience in project management is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice to Have
Experience with system architecture frameworks.
Familiarity with compliance and HR reporting.
Prior consulting experience in an IT capacity.
