emagine is looking for a Claim Adjuster for one of our clients.
The Claim Adjuster is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving claims related to cable cuts, acquiring damages from responsible parties.
Main responsibilities:
Investigate claims related to cable cuts, including gathering evidence, documenting, and assessing damage.
Evaluate the validity of claims and determine appropriate compensation.
Collaborate with field technicians and other departments to verify the extent of damage and repair costs.
Negotiate settlements with claimants and third parties.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for each claim.
Maintain accurate records of all claims and related activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Seeking settlements from the clients suppliers when their services failed.
Assist in developing strategies to prevent future cable cuts and reduce claim frequency.
Functional skills:
Effective negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English and Danish, verbally and in writing.
Preferred, but not mandatory: Experience in insurance adjustment, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
Duration: 3 months
