On behalf of one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, We are seeking a talented UX expert to support their in re-engineering user interfaces within ServiceNow tailored for IT Solution Managers and their delegates. This role will focus on planning, scoping, and executing a new user journey specifically designed for ServiceNow ITOM users, aiming to enhance the design of an existing product.
Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
Update on our current solution, objectives, users, and stakeholders.
Prepare a plan to facilitate relevant end user input.
Conduct and lead surveys and workshops based on the plan.
Draw conclusions from the surveys and workshops.
Provide input to the new solution based on their UX competencies.
Topics to be addressed and clarified with users:
Current level of knowledge and usage of the existing solution.
What is appreciated and what are the challenges in the current solution.
User journeys to be facilitated in the new solution.
Key Requirements:
Extensive experience in conducting and leading workshops and surveys.
Proficiency in creating user journeys.
Familiarity with ServiceNow.
Nice to Have:
Experience with UX design principles and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.
