On behalf of one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, We are seeking a talented UX expert to support their in re-engineering user interfaces within ServiceNow tailored for IT Solution Managers and their delegates. This role will focus on planning, scoping, and executing a new user journey specifically designed for ServiceNow ITOM users, aiming to enhance the design of an existing product.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

  • Update on our current solution, objectives, users, and stakeholders.

  • Prepare a plan to facilitate relevant end user input.

  • Conduct and lead surveys and workshops based on the plan.

  • Draw conclusions from the surveys and workshops.

  • Provide input to the new solution based on their UX competencies.

Topics to be addressed and clarified with users:

  • Current level of knowledge and usage of the existing solution.

  • What is appreciated and what are the challenges in the current solution.

  • User journeys to be facilitated in the new solution.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in conducting and leading workshops and surveys.

  • Proficiency in creating user journeys.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with UX design principles and best practices.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.
