Job Description
Seeking Tech Lead for the PS Chat platform, a compliant AI solution designed for Product Supply. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development and a strong focus on Python and AWS technologies.
Main Responsibilities
As the Tech Lead, you will oversee the development and implementation of the PS Chat platform.
Lead software development projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Design and implement scalable, high-performance APIs.
Ensure best practices in coding and software design are followed.
Manage CI/CD processes to maintain seamless delivery.
Oversee testing and deployment of applications in a production environment.
Mentor junior developers and promote a collaborative team culture.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies into existing architecture.
Key Requirements
10+ years of professional experience in software development and tech leadership.
Expert proficiency in Python and various database technologies (DynamoDB, S3).
Experience with modern cloud environments, particularly AWS.
Proven history with complex RESTful API integrations.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
Deep knowledge of domain-driven design patterns and coding best practices.
Familiarity with automated testing methodologies.
Experience managing services in production.
Nice to Have
Experience with FastAPI, Pydantic, boto3, aws_cdk, and openai.
Knowledge of infrastructure tools like Fargate, Lambda, Cloudwatch, Cognito, and Bedrock.
Understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Working knowledge of advanced AI technologies and algorithms.
