Job Description
On behalf of one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, we are seeking a full-time Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with specialized expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards and delivering quality data solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize safety data.
Create and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
Collaborate with the internal BI hub to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Engage with various teams to ensure effective data assurance and communication.
Key Requirements:
Development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards
Data management activities (ETL, scheduling, notifications)
Deep understanding of visual best practices for Power BI
Experience with query languages
Experience with SQL databases
Integration of Microsoft Suite (SharePoint, Teams, etc.) with Power Platform
Extensive knowledge of data architecture for dashboards and Power Apps
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-300, PL-400) are a significant advantage
ETL experience utilizing Alteryx or Microsoft Fabric is a plus
Nice to Have:
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on project management
Expertise in change management and stakeholder motivation
High-quality interaction skills, fluent in English (both written and verbal)
