emagine is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect with a solid technical background and strong client-facing skills. The consultant will be tasked with replacing the existing Contact Center solution with a new cloud-based technology to improve customer interactions across various channels. The project is expected to start in the beginning of June. Previous experience in IPT (Genesys or Puzzel) implementations is advantageous.
Main Responsibilities
The Senior Architect will lead the project focused on cloud-architecture implementation with 4-5 team members and will report to the Project Manager.
Ensure effective collaboration among project stakeholders.
Oversee technical solutions relating to cloud architecture.
Communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders in a clear manner.
Manage relationships with technology vendors and third parties.
Provide technical and strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Requirements
Senior experience as an Architect.
Strong background in cloud technology.
Excellent client-facing communication skills.
Experience with IPT solutions (Genesys or Puzzel) preferred.
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Hands-on approach to project management and solution delivery.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with cloud solutions and architectures.
Prior experience in stakeholder and vendor management.
Understanding of integration processes within cloud environments.
