emagine are seeking an experienced Senior Techincal Project Manager to lead a pivotal project involving the replacement of an existing Contact Center solution with a new cloud-based technology platform. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of total project lifecycle management, particularly in agile methodologies, and will have proven experience managing project finances and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the project from the beginning, with a team of 4-5 members.
Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders, such as the internal Portfolio Manager and the clients Project Manager.
Collaborate across various teams, including internal architecture and organizational change management.
Ensure the project is on schedule and within budget.
Facilitate agile project methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of total project lifecycle management, including agile practices.
Strong experience in handling project finances.
Proven stakeholder communication skills.
Experienced in IPT (Genesys or Puzzel) implementations and Cloud.
Technical foundation in project management preferred.
Possession of relevant agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, Scrum) is advantageous.
