Job Description
On behalf of one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, we are seeking a Business Analyst Consultant to be part of the Information Protection – Foundational Framework project. This person will support the development and formalization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to information security and data classification. The consultant will collaborate closely with the team responsible for writing and managing SOPs, gather requirements from relevant stakeholders, and analyze existing business processes to facilitate the successful deployment of SOPs.
Main Responsibilities:
The Consultant will play a crucial role in defining and implementing best practices for data classification and security controls.
Define best practices for data classification.
Identify and define security controls for each classification type.
Engage with relevant stakeholders, including Legal & Compliance, Quality, and Global Information Security teams.
Drive the formalization of Information Protection SOPs.
Collaborate with internal process experts to ensure effective implementation of SOPs.
Key Requirements:
Experience in SOP authoring processes in pharma or other highly regulated industries.
Experience with data classification.
Experience within highly regulated sectors, with pharma sector experience being a plus.
Experience with implementing data classification.
Change management experience is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience in similar projects within the pharmaceutical sector.
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
Previous exposure to change management initiatives.
