We are seeking experienced mainframe and COBOL developers for a vital role in system maintenance and development within the financial sector.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain crucial mainframe systems.
Facilitate the ongoing migration.
Ensure compliance with sectorial deadlines for system changes.
Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
Support the development of wealth tech-related areas.
Identify and alleviate workload from key personnel in Poland and Denmark.
Key Requirements:
Proficiency in COBOL.
Strong collaboration skills.
Ability to quickly adapt to new domains and legacy systems.
Experience in mainframe development.
Knowledge of the capital markets sector.
Experience in system maintenance and operational support.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with wealth technology.
Experience in a secure banking environment.
Certifications or advanced training in mainframe technologies.
